Care Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated experienced deputy home manager to work within a kind care home located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Position: Deputy Home Manager

Service: Care Home / Nursing care older adults for maximum of 40 service users

Resident Admission Age: 65+

Negotiable Salary: £18.91ph (£43, 266 per annum based on 44 hours)

Hours: Full time hours or Part time hours depending on preference (22 hours, 33 hours and/or 44 hours options available)

Flexible Shifts: Night shifts/Day shifts or Mixed shifts available 8/8 start and finish times.

Joining our team: Your responsibilities will include delegating duties to ensure smooth running of the home. Maintaining accurate records and notes to meet safeguarding, health & safety, and statutory legal requirements. Deputise for the home manager by supporting and taking lead where required. Building and maintaining relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues ensuring there is a clear communication between everyone. Provide leadership to the team to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home in accordance with the policies of the company and the registering authority guidelines.

Staff get to know each resident personally, to make sure they get the balance between support and independence just right. This provides peace of mind for families and a safe and comfortable home for residents.
