Here at Job Paths 4 U, We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead to oversee a number of packages for care based in people’s own homes.
We are working alongside the UK’s largest provider of Homecare.
This Clinical Lead position is to oversee the Care Packages based in Bedford, Luton, Peterborough, Milton Keynes.
The Care Packages will be based in peoples own homes and you will oversee the all aspects of the Care Packages, the majority of clients that you will be living with profound disabilities in their own homes.
Below is a list of requirements and duties you will be undertaking on a regular basis as the Clinical Lead:
* To implement, assess and evaluate a care plan for each client.
* To make regular visits to each Client within your caseload to meet the clinical needs and training requirements for each package
* To ensure best practice is implemented and the highest standards of individualised care are met.
* Responsibility for maintaining client records within agreed standards.
* Encouraging positive working and professional relationships with external agencies such as: Social Worker’s & other health professionals
* To provide support and guidance to PAs in the completion of their duties and to coach and develop them in delivering a high quality service
* Attend team meetings within the packages and management meetings at head office as required
The ideal candidate for this Clinical Lead position will need to be:
* A Registered Nurse RGN, RMN
* Experienced in working with people living with a variety of profound disabilities
* Specialist field of practice – High Dependency Nursing, Spinal Injuries or Community home ventilation experience
* A car driver with access to own vehicle is essential as this role is field-based role
* Ability to prioritise caseload effectively
* An ability to Problem solving & crisis management
