Pertemps Medical have an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional to develop their career, influence change and make a difference.  As a Clinical Governance Lead you will ensure safe, effective, high quality care underpinned by continuous quality improvement for our Insourced Service contracts.

About the role
Location: Home based with occasional travel to Milton Keynes 
Shifts: 1 day a week
Salary: £60,000 per annum (Prorated)
Hours: 0830 – 1730

 Key Roles and Responsibilities

To support new services by ensuring all processes and policies are put into place and embedded appropriately
To ensure each contract is compliant with hospital regulatory requirements
Incident reporting, investigation and analysis ensuring effective communication with the NHS Trust
To monitor, communicate and action lessons learned to facilitate ongoing improvements
Clinical Audit development 

Candidate Requirements 

NMC or HCPC reg
Recent experience working in governance
Previous experience with incident reporting etc
Strong communication /compassion – focus on excellent patient care
