Permanent Care Assistants (Days OR Nights)

FT/PT: Full and Part Time hours available (24-36 hours per week)
Start Date: Immediate
Salary/ Hourly rate: £9.76ph to £12.29 dependant on experience and day/night shifts & day of week.

Our client is a charity, who provide accommodation, quality care and companionship for the lonely or frail elderly in the local community. The vision is to provide the best possible care, tailored to meet resident’s needs and aimed at maintaining their individuality and independence.

Each of the homes has been designed with the day-to-day wellbeing and comfort of residents in mind.

THE ROLE

We are seeking dynamic and eager individuals to work as Care Assistants at our clients Registered Home in Burnham. You will need to be considerate, adaptable and resilient where no two days will be the same.

The ability to work on a rota basis will be essential as the role will include evening and weekend work. All shifts will be agreed in advance with the Line Manager.

Ideally, you will have some past skills and experience in a care home/residential setting.

Care Assistants participate in the delivery of care to residents, to ensure that their physical, social, intellectual and emotional needs are met and ensuring dignity, choice, independence and respect. Consulting with residents and the senior team to assist in developing individual care plans for residents. Working flexibly and effectively with others within the home to ensure that resident’s needs are met.

Salary:

Weekday £9.76 / Weekends £11.26

weeknights £11.04 / Weekend nights £12.29
