Athonas health division are recruiting for a Band 7 Occupational Therapist.

We are looking for an Advanced OT to join a Community Rehab Service.

Responsibilities-

Completing multifactorial assessments to identify goals and treatment plans, providing intervention, such as issuing equipment and rehabilitation plans to improve functional independence.
Working closely with the immediate MDT consisting of rehabilitation assistants, PTs, nurses and medicines management technician.

Skills/Experience-

HCPC registration.
Community experience.
Experience of working with older people is essential.
Car driver essential, as this is a community post and you will be working in patient's own homes.

Hours per week – 37.5 hours
Shift Pattern – Pattern is 8.30am- 5pm
