Athonas healthcare division is recruiting for a HCPC registered Band 6 Physiotherapist, based in Milton Keynes, to start ASAP.

You will provide advanced physiotherapy assessments and deliver person centred rehabilitation and individualised goals for Stroke Survivors.

Key Responsibilities:

Be responsible for own caseload.
To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner, working in the Community, supporting early discharge from the Acute Stroke Unit and Community.
To undertake assessment of patients, and to formulate, deliver and evaluate individual Stroke Specific Physiotherapy treatment programmes based on a sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and treatment options, using clinical assessment, reasoning skills and knowledge of treatment skills.

Hours per week – 22.5hrs

Pay: £25-£26 p/h
