Athonas healthcare division is recruiting for a HCPC registered Band 6 Occupational Therapist, to start ASAP for an ongoing position.

Job Description –

To provide advanced physiotherapy assessments and deliver person centred rehabilitation and individualised goals for Stroke Survivors.
Be responsible for own caseload.
To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner, working in the Community, supporting early discharge from the Acute Stroke Unit and Community.
To be professional and legally accountable for all aspects of your own work, including the management of patients in your care.
To undertake assessment of patients, and to formulate, deliver and evaluate individual Stroke Specific Physiotherapy treatment programmes.

Hours per week – 22.5
Shift Pattern – Pattern is 9-5

Pay: £25-£30 p/h
