Band 4 Therapy Assistant – Additional information:

A multi-professional therapy practice is looking for a specialist providing Therapy Services to children 0-18 years. Children attending our centre and the schools we serve present with a variety of diagnoses, including, Sensory Processing Difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Dyspraxia, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia, Speech and Language delay/disorders, attachment and trauma difficulties, global developmental delay or neurological disorders
This post will involve direct work with children and young people with Autism and other complex needs, as listed above. The purpose of the role is to support Therapists, including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Physiotherapists in the provision and further development of high quality therapeutic work. The post holder will implement a range of therapy interventions under the guidance of the relevant Therapist. This will involve producing therapy resources
