Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team at the Neath Hill Health Centre based in Milton Keynes. You will join them on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £11-£11.50 per hour.

About the role:
As their Administrator, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the multidisciplinary team. You will ensure all administrative duties are performed effectively and to the required standard.
Your responsibilities as their Administrator will include to:
– Filing, Scanning, and attaching patient-related documentation onto the patient’s healthcare records
– Reviewing all clinical letters ensuring they are processed appropriately
– Action all incoming correspondence, emails, and mail in a timely manner
– Reporting any significant events that occur in relation to document management and participate in any associated learning from the incident
– Data inputting and adding notes onto the EDI system
– Answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls, or dealing with the callers request appropriately
– Liaising with external agencies such as hospitals and community services, ensuring referrals are processed efficiently
– Managing all enquires in an effective manner

– Managing administrative queries as necessary
What they’re looking for in their Administrator:
– Experience as an Administrator or Medical Secretary in a GP Surgery environment
– Experience & knowledge of SystmOne
– Excellent organisational and time management skills
– Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
– The capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Ability to work on your own initiative
– Attention to detail
– Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
– Problem-solving skills and project management ability
