Marketing Manager
An exciting opportunity to manage and grow a global LED technology brand in the film, TV & photographic industries

Responsibilities:
Strategy
* Working with and reporting directly to the CEO to develop global marketing strategies in the areas of digital, social and print media.
* Planning & execution of high level product launch marketing strategy from concept to product delivery.
* Ensure Rotolight is at the forefront of evolving digital landscape and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
* Manage & report against marketing budget to CEO on a monthly basis to ensure optimal ROI & delivery against company sales targets
* Monitoring and measurement of marketing KPI
Digital Marketing & Social Media
* Manage the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter) to maximize engagement and ensure industry leading customer experience
* Develop, manage and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business/ sales goals
* Oversee and help create regular email newsletters to customer base
* Work alongside the graphics team to deliver any assets needed for online use
* Work alongside an external film crew to deliver high-quality video content
Monitoring and measuring online presence and benchmarking with other competitors
Press Relations & Communications
* Managing Rotolight’s “Masters of Light” influencer programme
* Seek out & develop new influencers for commercially relevant brand collaboration opportunities
* Develop & manage relationships with with key editors/journalists and media partners for company releases
* Booking and overseeing the delivery of adverts
* Review of company print adverts & communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand guidelines are met
* Co-ordinate with key partners for company releases
* Assist with planning trade shows and events
Copywriting
* Lead development of all new product messaging
* Take the lead on copywriting company press releases with direction and input from CEO
* Lead copywriting for the company’s website
Essential Experience:
* Confident, can-do positive attitude.
* Degree in business/marketing, or similar field at 2:1 or above
* B2C Marketing experience
* At least 3 -5 years relevant experience in marketing/digital/ppc
* Excellent command of the English language
* Good B2C copywriting skills
* Significant experience using Facebook Ads Manager
* Ability to work both independently and as part of the wider team to deliver global marketing campaigns
* Great time management skills
* Team Player & gets the work done.
Desirable Experience:
– Knowledge of the photographic/ motion pictures industries would be a bonus
– Google Ads, LinkedIn and search PPC experience an advantage but not essential
– Understanding of Adobe suite (particularly Photoshop)
– Experience co-ordinating both B2C and B2B Campaigns
– Experience leading global marketing campaigns
Location – HP10 0PE
Flexible working min 3 days a week at office expected.
