Digital Growth Manager
Salary Up to £50K + fantastic benefits package including company car
Milton Keynes based post covid.
Are you experienced in Digital Marketing with a background in retail or Ecommerce and have experience in Omnichannel engagement? Can you manage a Digital Marketing plan to drive leads, analyse and improve the customers journey across all digital touchpoints?
Our client is searching for a methodical, driven, Digital Growth Manager to work closely with the Senior Innovations Manager, to help build and execute a digital growth and success strategy for this world-renowned automotive brand.
The successful candidate will be focused and resilient in delivering a high productivity with attention to detail and the ability to interact and influence a diverse range of people.
The Successful candidate will have:
Essential:
*Experience acquiring leads online, through website optimisation and performance marketing.
*Data driven and analytical with a passion for fast-growth, and a commercial mindset. You have experience of managing digital media budgets.
*User feedback & session recording technologies (eg Hotjar / SessionCam etc)
*Testing tools (Optimizely, Yieldify, AB Tasty, Monetate etc)
*Presentation tools (eg Qlik, Tableau and Looker etc)
*A good knowledge of Umbraco CMS, GA 360, Google Optimise,
*Strong proven CRO experience that has achieved impactful results.
*Experience of development projects (requirements analysis, briefing & testing)
*Experience of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in an online business and managing online content.
Desirable:
*Sound experience in eCommerce, Digital or Retail, preferably with Omnichannel experience in lead management.
*Strong excel skills able to create Pivot tables, V-look ups to deliver insightful data.
*Exceptional digital marketing skills with proven experience of First Party Data, Automation, Look-a-Likes and Personalisation.
*Stellar analytical ability with capability to transform online critical metric CX data into impactful insights and execute upon them.
*Strong problem solver and analyst thrives in a data-driven test-and-learn environment.
*High appetite to learn through hands-on experience.
*University degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Performance Marketing –
*Acquisition & CRM: Develop the existing performance marketing mix to reduce acquisition cost and drive customer growth.
*Focuses will include but are not limited to: PPC, Paid Social, Display Advertising and SEO,
*Create strategies across digital channels Search, Social, Display, and Paid Social
Website – CRO –
*Manage the UX optimisation and development of the website with the aims of improving conversion and leverage the value of leads.
*Analyse customer journeys across all customer journey touchpoints. Optimising the critical paths in the awareness, consideration, conversion stages of lead generation.
*Refine website landing pages with rigorous testing to boost conversions.
*Ensure website is optimised for SEO and manage SEO growth strategy.
Analytics –
*Develop and improve web analytics capability in conjunction with IT teams.
*Manage the analytics across all growth activity to demonstrate channel performance and return on investment.
Project Management –
*Run discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings under the guidance of the Senior Innovations Manager.
*Lead cross functional projects working with internal and external teams. From concept to execution to reporting and optimisation.
