Our client, is a public distance Learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Governance Support Manager to join their Marketing team. This role is an immediate start until 31st July 2021, working 37hrs a week. This role is working from home and equipment will be supplied. The hourly rate is £17.578ph which equates to £33,797pa.
This temporary role is working with the team to look at the web management of the digital estate register. Duties will include:
Cleansing the current Digital Estate Register which is kept within Excel to make sure it contains the list of websites following an audit, ahead of any potential move into a new tool.
Working with IT to consider new suppliers and assist with the tender for a new web management tool.
Share developments with the working/steering group, including any POCs. Experience required:
Experience in supporting and managing web-based projects.
Experience of managing large data sets. Investigating gaps in the data, reorganising and cleansing the data.
Experience of liaising with suppliers on web tools and supporting procurement/tenders.
Experience of reviewing digital policies, processes and standards
