Based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes. Please note we are following current public guidelines therefore this role will be home based temporarily.

We're looking for a UX Researcher to join our growing, award-winning Digital Product team. You'll be responsible for planning, designing and carrying out user researcher activities to ensure we're taking a customer-centric approach to product design.
You'll do all this in close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts and stakeholders to ensure that your research results in actionable insights that inform the roadmap and the digital experiences we create.
It's an exciting and varied role. You'll get the chance to work on a variety of challenges for both our customers (B2C) and franchise partners (B2B). You'll also have the opportunity to help us define and shape how we do user research at Domino's.
As well as the above you will also be responsible for the following
Turn your findings into actionable insights – You'll analyse, synthesise and clearly present your findings in a way that makes it easy for your colleagues and stakeholders to understand and action. You'll make recommendations where appropriate and ensure the team are part of this process where needed.
Develop early-stage concepts and other useful artefacts – You'll support the team in identifying and exploring potential solutions, including creating personas, journey maps, user flows, often collaborating with a UX Designer throughout.
Participate within an agile team – You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams that make change happen, supporting where needed throughout the development cycle to influence product direction.
Promote user centred design principles – You'll advocate for the use of human-centred design principles and promote best practice across the organisation.
What we are looking for!
Proven strong experience as a UX Researcher who has worked with leading eCommerce brands on complex design projects.
A good understanding of agile practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), the typical roles within an agile team and some knowledge of the technologies used to build and operate digital experiences.
Experience in leading/ facilitating tactical quantitative and qualitative research projects end-to-end.
Confident, persuasive, and concise writing skills.
Strong understanding of UX best practice (such as Lean UX and Human Centred Design).
Strong conceptualisation, visual, presentation and written communication abilities.
Experience in eliciting feedback and collaborating with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders.
