Social Media & Marketing Manager – £35-£45k – Milton Keynes – ASAP Start

We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our Medical Recruitment Agency based at our offices in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and managing multiple marketing projects at any one time
Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints
Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channel
Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities
Take lead in formulating visual design plans which may include brochures, job posts imagery, social media posts, mailshots and internal events.
Develop and drive a social strategy that puts the creative and content process at the forefront of customer satisfaction and engagement, building our follower base on all social media platforms.
Understand competitor landscape and keep up to date with industry updates.
Analysing current marketing strategy and advise on significant changes in order to maximise market presence.

Must Have:

Exceptional communication skills

Experience in using the following (but not limited to): LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Ads, Twitter, Google Analytics.
High Level of proficiency in analysing and interpreting data in order to make business recommendations
Strong business commercial and analytical orientation
Commercially minded with strong business acumen
SEO knowledge preferred but not essential
