Based in Berkshire with flexible working, the position of Social Media Manager is a pivotal role, simply designed to create and implement the social media strategy. You will be responsible for the following:

Create social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and new customer acquisition
Create and schedule captivating content which may include blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content
Set measurable goals for campaigns, showing the ROI
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
Liaise with other departments to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy
Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure they are accountable for delivering agreed actions
Identify and secure potential influencers to strengthen overall influencer marketing opportunitiesAbout you:

You will be a commercial thinker who naturally looks for the ROI through your creative approach
Ideally from a retail background
Hands on approach with the ability to also create and implement the long term strategic agenda
A track record of growing acquisition using various social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, to name a few
Strong influencer marketing skills with proven examples of how you have grown this areaWhat's on offer:
