Zachary Daniels has partnered up with a fabulous brand that is easily one of the most exciting companies to be a part of at the moment. With their expansion to the US and continued online growth they are looking for a Social Media and Influencer Manager to join their team!

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, you are naturally inquisitive about emerging trends and have experience managing a large following. As the Social Media and Influencer Manager you'll:

Define the social media strategy – including best practice tactics to meet ambitious growth targets and drive brand.
Oversee the management of all social channels across our brands, both those where we have existing communities (Facebook, Instagram) and those that present a big opportunity (Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn etc), driving follower growth, reach and engagement.
Drive and oversee the social media calendars and plans for our brands, ensuring we're taking a strategic approach to all social content.
Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with celebrities and influencers, whilst ensuring continued research into new influencers
Collaborate and work with the brand marketing and in-house creative teams, to brief content for all social platforms, implementing a social first approach.This is a really exciting opportunity for someone that wants to work for a brand that has really grown over the past few years, as the business continues to grow internationally, you'll help define and shape the international social media strategy, guiding how to execute multi-territory content and activations.

You'll be confident in managing a social media strategy, developing and managing a team and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, we are looking for someone from a fashion/beauty/lifestyle/accessorise background.

Salary circa 38-42k with flexibility for the right person, plus benefit package. Based in Banbury offering a lot of flexibility with occasional visits to the office a month. A vibrant working environment with lots of social events!
