We are looking for a highly motivated social content and media executive who can take of our cleints social media and give it a new injection of personality whilst retaining their aesthetic and brand identity. Our client are a small business and a small team which means that this is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of their growth, they offer the successful social media assistant autonomy, responsibility and a huge opportunity to learn and build your skill-set and progress you career within the company, you may be part of a small team but you will be an integral part of our growth.
The skills we require are
•Experience in e-commerce is essential – you have a proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns, creating content, understanding tone of voice and a strong set of copy writing skills
•You are able to create engaging content based on our messaging, brand guidelines and aesthetic
•You will have creative design skills, proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop and Canva (or similar)
A clear understanding of SEO and be able to conduct website audits, edits and reports
•You will be results driven, setting KPI’s and analysing key metrics to measure results and us this to create strategy
•Experience taking product photography and videography
•Experience with video editing and video production
•Experience using scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite
•Experience managing social media channels, planning and creating content for feed posts, stories and reels – specifically for Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter
••Experience managing and creating social ads, mainly Facebook.
•Develop innovative content-creation ideas for collaborations with influencers to expand our social reach and engagement
Salary £18,00- 26,000 with a review after 3 months, the role is based in our Headquarters in Marlow with some remote working negotiable.
