About you
We’re looking for a talented Shopper Activation professional to join our Shopper & Category Insight Team. It is an exciting time to join our business, having recently launched a number of innovative product ranges into both Grocery and Out of Home retailers. 2021 will be our most ambitious year for Shopper Marketing with lots of fantastic activation activity planned.
You will have great project management experience and have previously worked with external agencies such as Retailer Media, Creative and Artwork organisations with experience of managing budgets. Worked in cross-functional teams, where you are able to build strong relationships at all levels, have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You know how to get things done!
About the role
This role will help deliver the best in class execution for customer activation (Online & In store) by aligning with our category vision and engaging both internally and with our customers. You will work closely with the sales & brand teams to ensure full understanding of their strategies to tailor the approach to maximise the impact of all shopper marketing activation.
Skills and Experience:
Alongside living our values of Healthy, Happy and Helpful, the most important things we’re looking for from you are:
* Experience in Shopper, Activation or Customer Marketing role within a branded FMCG organisation or activation agency
* Must have worked with Grocery Retailers and Convenience customers
* Experience in working with Retailer Media and Creative agencies is essential
* Commercially strong with solid project management skills working in a fast-paced environment
* Being an entrepreneurial thinker – those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making
* Hands on approach
* Ability to assume responsibility for a task as directed – self starter
* Team player – a readiness to work as part of a team and support colleagues
