Job Description: SEO Executive / SEO Specialist
As a specialist digital agency based in Milton Keynes we've grown significantly over the last few years.
We're passionate about the results Digital can bring as we continue to push boundaries within our sector offering services such as content creation, digital strategy, market research as well as full campaign implementation.
With 2021 now in full swing we're looking for a SEO Executive to join our team and help optimise our client's digital footprint who are primarily within the building sector.
Working from home, we want you to put your own flair forward, enjoying the right work life balance whilst furthering your own career.
This means as our SEO Executive, you'll find yourself being involved with the likes of:
· Understanding the objectives of each account, both short & long term, looking for ways to maximise potential organic growth and advise on the best digital strategies.
· Help develop "SEO improvement plans" outlining what actions will be completed to improve the performance of each account.
· Leading monthly reporting, reviewing each account's organic search looking for measurable results to indicate an increase in performance.
· Attending client meetings & events when needed, to be our central SEO expert to understand their digital needs and add value to the company offering.
· Delivering actions outlined in monthly plans & sharing knowledge to broaden the teams capability as well as reporting & forecasting on the progress of work.
This is a real "roll your sleeves up" opportunity that would suit someone who has worked Agency side before and is looking for that autonomy and independence within their work life.
You'll also need the following to be successful in this SEO Executive role:
· An in-depth knowledge of search engines, optimisation and influential factors in Google / Bing rankings.
· Experience using any of the standard search engine tools – SEMrush, Majestic, SEO PowerSuite etc.
· Google Analytics qualification, or willing a to work towards this during the first three months of probation.
· To possess an awareness of Google algorithm updates & impacts on SEO.
· Strong attention to detail and the motivation to be self-sufficient, demonstrating initiative in the workplace on a day to day basis.
Although we do encourage flexible working, it is important you can commute to our Milton Keynes office at least twice a week. For example you could commute from Aylesbury, Bedford, Bletchley, Buckingham, Dunstable, Flitwick, Leighton Buzzard, Luton, Newport Pagnell, Northampton, Olney, Towcester, Wellingborough, Wolverton, as well as MK itself.
