We are on the lookout for a motivated, passionate and ambitious Project Manager to join our busy, rapidly growing and global strategy-led design agency.

The Senior Project Manager will report directly into the Project Director. This role will revolve around delivering a wide range of creative projects ensuring they are on time, on brief, on brand and on budget. Our project managers are a likeable bunch and strive to keep production teams motivated and producing super high-quality work is paramount.

Key Responsibilities
● Bring passion to working to deliver brilliant work
● Understanding of the branding and design space (creative, strategy to production) and ability to direct a team of this make-up.
● Build and developing project scopes of work and delivering against them
● Work collaboratively across the business, take responsibility for project delivery
● Communicate with clients to fully understand objectives and requirements
● Brief the team and contribute to the creation and delivery of creative output
● Building relationships with clients through understanding and communication
● Demonstrate expertise in planning, coordination, management and communication skills
● Manage project workflow through appropriate software and/or systems
● Manage the commercial and budgetary aspects of every project
● Book and manage internal resource
● Source and book external partners and suppliers as required
The ideal candidate
● Minimum 7 years proven creative agency experience, working with big brands and delivering multiple projects
● A passion for best practice, client satisfaction, and consistency of process and service across projects, big or small.
● Experience or a willingness to mentor more junior team members of the project management team, managing
their capacity and encouraging growth and improvement.
● Excellent eye for QC.
● Understanding of the creative process and the creative resource needed
● Able to work autonomously but thrives working collaboratively
● Nothing is too much trouble
● Understand the quality of the work is the number one priority
● Good communicator, both internally and with clients
● Think on your feet, make proactive decisions to keep projects moving forward
● Able to coordinate a number of projects simultaneously
