My client a leading PR agency in the technology sector is seeking experienced Account Managers and Directors to join their growing team

The offices are based in Buckingham however you would only be expected to be in the office one to three days a week maximum once normality returns. There is no public transport so your own transport is essential

B2B PR agency experience in the technology sector is preferred but not essential. My client would be very interested in applicants with PR based degrees

As Account Manager you are responsible for all on-going activity on the client account.

You will manage the generation of regular Press Coverage and 'upside coverage' ensuring both internal and bonus targets are met.

You will also have primary responsibility for the generation of new material for the PR campaign, and for ensuring that our clients key messages are conveyed clearly in all material generated.

As the day-to-day contact, you will also be responsible for explaining and demonstrating some of the PR process to our clients. You will also start to take ownership for developing potential up-side opportunities within client accounts – i.e. Marketing projects, magazines, newsletters, white papers & industry briefings / events.

You will report into the client services directors, who are responsible for ensuring all clients are serviced appropriately and in excess of their expectations, and responsible for overall account revenue generation.

In addition, a key part of your job will be focused on team and line management – enforcing processes across the PR teams that underpin the successful generation of Press coverage and reporting; educating and training new account executives and senior account executives. You will also report into the client services directors with any process or HR matters within the team
