Senior Marketing Officer

Working for a Large charitable organisation you will lead the marketing function within the legacy team.

Working independently and often to tight deadlines, to manage the development of all Legacy marketing communications, including acquisition and stewardship campaigns, across a wide variety of channels such as Direct Mail, Digital and Social Media.
To drive forward Legacy marketing within the wider organisation, ensuring that the importance of Legacy giving is promoted consistently and that Legacy messaging is included on all external communications.
To own the Legacy team's website presence, updating content and using Google Analytics to evaluate effectiveness and optimise results.
To set up and lead our Gift in Will month, working with solicitors, marketing to our supporter base and promoting to a cold audience.
To use data and insights to target campaigns effectively, either working with data specialists or directly on our CRM system.
To work alongside our data and insights teams to devise and execute tests and gain insight from all marketing activity undertaken.
To manage relationships with key marketing agencies including design, print, online, digital and film.
To collaborate across the WV Partnership to deliver continued innovation in fundraising product experiences, with an emphasis on best-in-class Legacy marketing.
To produce a Marketing Strategy to drive forward our ambitious Legacy targets over the next 5 years.
Ultimately to be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue and acquisition targets across our Legacy marketing programme, contributing a growing and essential stream of unrestricted income for the organisation.Knowledge and Qualifications required.

Marketing qualification and experience in Legacies would be useful.
Knowledge on driving response and influencing behaviour through delivering marketing campaigns that exceed KPI's
