Our client, is a public distance Learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team. This role is an immediate start until 1st October 2021, working 37hrs a week, this is working from home and equipment will be supplied. The hourly rate dependent on experience is between £27.32 – £29.84ph.
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous refinement of UK and International multi-channel CRM strategies all with a focus on customer need and marketing effectiveness against a backdrop of achieving key KPI's and cost-efficiency. The role holder will lead a team of CRM professionals who continuously innovate and implement best practice.
Duties:
The role holder will be required to lead a cross functional team to develop, deliver and evaluate CRM programmes. There is also a requirement to lead a culture of continuous optimisation through test and learn and industry best practice.
The Senior Marketing Manager will need to oversee the delivery of compelling programmes and activities across digital and offline channels to convert enquirers into students and to meet business targets.
The Senior Marketing Manager has overall budget accountability for CRM programmes and team resource management. The role holder needs to develop a strong relationship with key internal and external teams to successfully secure the resources required
Skills and Experience
The role holder must have demonstrable senior management experience of successfully creating and delivering multi-channel and multi-media customer engagement and CRM programmes at scale based on data and insight with a leading brand / organisation within a consumer service environment
The role holder must be able to evidence of successful leadership of a marketing team with challenging targets.
The role holder must have extensive experience of managing multi-database communications programmes in a complex business environment alongside experience in database management, CRM & digital technology and tools including marketing automation
