After a period of sustained growth, we have developed a successful and disruptive business and are looking to build out our sales and marketing function to increase our market presence. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities and will play an important role in our future success.

The role will require 2 days in the office in Milton Keynes and 3 days remote working.

Responsibilities:

* Working closely with the Head of Marketing to define and execute marketing strategy

* Responsible for all marketing collateral including brochures, documentation and reports

* Copy writing of content, thought pieces, case studies and white papers for both online and offline use

* Providing guidance and advice on SEO to ensure high performance of content and campaigns

* Writing editorial content including articles, news and blog posts

* Management of bid, tender and proposal content alongside the sales team

* Managing the submission of bids and proposals in line with requirements

* Assist in the creation of compelling and eye-catching business documentation to include business cases and commercial and technical documentation

* Working with both the Business Development team and Account Management team to plan, execute and report on targeted marketing campaigns

* Own lead generation activities and tactics to bring new prospects into the business

* Management of attended events including staff co-ordination, event liaison, pre and post event communications and reporting on event ROI

* Ensuring brand, tone of voice and values are consistent across all collateral

The Person:

* Excellent written and verbal communication – must be able to create exciting and engaging copy

* CIM, or equivalent, preferable

* Experience within a B2B marketing position would be preferable

* Experience of campaign management and lead generation

* Must be able to work independently and take initiative

* Creative and ambitious approach to work

* High energy and out-going personality

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
