Job Type: Permanent
Full Time: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm and 1pm to 10pm (some flexibility)
Salary: £25,000 (up to £35,000 after completing probation)
Commission and Bonuses
Location: Central Milton Keynes
Responsibilities:
– Identify, Source, Broker & Develop commercial partnerships locally & internationally
– Creating tailored sales presentations, supported with market research and audience metrics
– Proactively sourcing complimentary long term partnerships, developing new prospects to build an sustain £1,000,000 pipelines and opportunities
– Developing, delivering presentations of proposals for Music Clients, effectively packaging partnership opportunities
– Handling inbound brief and opportunities for each client within the portfolio, negotiating up to the best possible deal
– Researching the market proactively continuing to identify partnership opportunities
– Attending key industry and networking events to deepen relationships with key decision makers at brands and their respective agencies in all relevant business categories
– Develop creative initiatives and new ways of selling to brands and their agencies

– Confidence to pitch and secure sponsorships, campaigns, excusive gigs for corporate partners
– Excellent sales and negotiation skills
– Excellent communication & presentation skills
– Proven professional relationship building experience
– Highly organised, able to prioritise, develop work schedules & monitor progress of prospects
– Strong understanding of digital streaming, mobile and social markets, good current music knowledge
– Modern knowledge of the world, gaming, music, entertainment
