* Decides on retail marketing pricing operations & processes
* Adapts and implements central concepts, branding, activities for different retail formats
* Develops and implements regional retail marketing service plan in order to increase local retail brand visibility, harmonized pricing, promotion and POS at retail in the respective country / region in line with central RM
Responsibilities
* Creates and improves continuously the promotion mix for the country per trimester on behalf of central campaigns and promo basket
* Plans and implements retail communication measures along the whole customer clusters
* Provides market specific input for POS concept and strong participation in central POS conceptualization
* Consolidates local data relevant for demand planning
* Communicates recalls and crisis management
* Oversees C-Budget on country level
* Adapts customer specific listings for high numerical distribution
Competencies
* Excellent knowledge of B2B Power Tools marketing/sales processes, price management and user behaviour at POS
* Very good understanding of pricing requirements & operations in different Power Tools customer clusters
* Knowledge of digital requirements for B2B transactions
* Demonstrate strategic outlook, commercial awareness, financial acumen and previous budgetary responsibility
* Customer and results orientation
* Operational experience in local sales & marketing organization
* High level of creativity, communication and implementation skills
