Working for a manufacturing brand, you will be responsible for collecting the wealth of knowledge from across the business network and creating exciting new product briefs to ensure the company remain at the forefront of their market.

Duties to include:

* Co-ordinate product intelligence from across the business network and evaluate against technical capabilities and market demand;

* Draft product briefs in conjunction with R&D, Sales and Marketing departments;

* Review current product performance by liaising with customer service and compiling feedback from departments worldwide;

* Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and work alongside all internal stakeholders to ensure milestones are achievable; and

To be considered you shoud have:

* Exceptional communication ability both written and verbal, and desire to work as part of a wider team; and

* Good project management and ability to make impartial and measured decisions.

* Previous experience in product development

* Excellent man-management experience

* Change management and continuous improvement experience
