Quality Personnel are recruiting for a Product Design & Development Manager for one of our clients based in Milton Keynes.

This company already have many successful products on the market and are looking to hire a passionate and driven Manager to look after these and develop new ideas.

Main brief is to develop new products from concept/design through to prototype – test and implementation stage – bringing the product to life.

Ideally, we are looking for the successful candidate to have a qualification within one of the following: Production engineering, Mechanical engineering or Process engineering and experience with the following:

· 3D Solid modelling, preferably AutoCAD Inventor

· working knowledge of Gas, Electrical and Plumbing standards and practicalities

· materials engineering

· lean Manufacturing / Right First-time methodologies

Hours of work: 9am-5.30pm
