Performance Marketing Manager | Bourne End | £35,000

Lynx Recruitment is currently working with a Media Production Company in Bourne End, who is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will lead work across our three brands being responsible for optimizing and delivering digital acquisition and retention campaigns.

Required Experience:

* 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a digital marketing environment

* A Data-driven approach to problem-solving

* Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and interpersonal

* Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced, result-oriented environment

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations confidently

* Sees complex problems as an opportunity and relishes solving them in order to develop personal skillset

* Is resourceful and demonstrates a thorough understanding of key performance metrics across multiple channels

* At ease managing multiple and often competing priorities and work streams and working to agreed deadlines

* Extremely proficient in Ms Word, PowerPoint, and Ms Excel

* Proficient in using web and app data reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Page Insights

This is a permanent position, paying up to £35,000 (Dependent on Experience)
