Generate partner collateral and assetsThe role of Partner Marketing Manager:
The Partner Marketing Manager will work closely with the CMO and CSO to define the partner marketing strategy that will be the cornerstone of the businesses' growth.
This is the only Partner Marketing role in the business and will have direct access to the Senior Leadership Team. Due to the nature of the role, the Partner Marketing Manager will be required to show strategic thinking and an ability to tactically execute on key projects.
Key projects in first year:
Work closely with local and central field, demand gen, and digital marketing teams to ensure campaign cohesion across the organisations direct and partner campaigns
Roll out the new partner platform across multiple global regions
Create and deliver new partner specific marketing content and integrated marketing campaigns to increase partners' ability to drive revenue for the organisationDay to day responsibilities of the Partner Marketing Manager include:
Be accountable for defining and optimising the partner marketing model
Building associated marketing tool kits for partners to use to both win new customers and drive adoption of products within their existing customer base
Driving the development, execution and measurement of global marketing programs and initiatives that accelerate the growth strategy and drive incremental ARR through the Partner network
Providing strategic and tactical marketing plans and ideas that will help us accelerate partners new customer acquisition rates
Assisting in driving the launch of the new partner platform across regions
Ensuring localisation is supported and actioned in a timely manner by the Marketing teams and third-party suppliers throughout the content creation process
Working with the wider Marketing team, subject matter experts and other relevant teams to contribute to the direction of content creation (both planned and ad hoc) for international campaigns, product roll outs, case studies and website updates.
Working with Marketing, Channel Sales, Sales Enablement and other relevant teams to build partner marketing and sales tool-kits including presentation materials, battle-cards, company and product overviews, email templates and other materials
Developing the marketing programmes to recruit new VAR partners in key global territoriesTo be considered for this role you will have:
Experience of working in a B2B international channel partner/distributor environment.
Creation of engaging content.
Experience of planning and executing end-to-end integrated campaigns.
Experience running Market Development Fund Programs (MDF) to drive partner revenue growth
Experience of international partner recruitment
Experience in lead generation.

The package for the Partner Marketing Manager:
£55,000 – £62,000
