Job Purpose: (general)
Provide support to the Digital team in implementing my clients UK’s direct strategy, with the day-to-day management of their eCommerce website and implementing their digital marketing strategy across all acquisitional channels. The role will encompass optimising the end-to-end customer journey, onsite merchandising, through to post-purchase feedback. The UK’s online sales channel has experienced considerable growth, and this role is commercially focussed and a key element to ensuring business and growth targets continue to be met.

Main Accountabilities: (there maybe others)
* Assist the Digital team by managing the company website with a commercial focus to implement the promotional plan across digital channels
* Updating website product catalogue including adding new products, pricing and stock updates, descriptions, images and video
* Scheduling and implementing online merchandising plans
* Work closely with digital partners to implement agreed digital strategy, with particular focus on affiliate marketing and email marketing campaigns
* Manage post-purchase customer communications, including working with external partners to manage customer product and service reviews
* Assist in continuously improving the onsite customer journey through website development pipeline, testing new developments and split testing landing pages
* Monitor website activity on a daily basis
* Work closely with our Operations team to ensure all orders are effectively processed and stock management is in line with forecasting
* Review invoicing & liaise with Finance team to ensure all digital spend is in line with budgets
* Cover for team members duties in their absence

Principal Skills & Attributes Required:
* Commercially and customer focused to drive results to meet Sales targets.
* Basic Content management system experience (Magento is favourable, but not mandatory)
* Knowledge of digital channels, affiliate programmes, email, PPC advertising and SEO.
* Knowledge of Google analytics reports and other paid search tools
* Good grammar and punctuation skills
* Design and creative skills (bonus)
* Fast learner and then make tasks into their way of working
* A desire to develop and grow with the needs of the business
