BASIC SALARY: £35,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager – Environmental / Memberships
We need a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager ready to step up and manage our Marketing function. You're ready to develop data-driven and cost effective marketing campaigns across a number of channels – and run those campaigns to completion. You're organised – you like a plan – but you have flexibility to react dynamically to an to an evolving situation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Manager – Environmental / Memberships
In this Marketing Manager role:
· You will manage the Marketing budget (set alongside the senior management team) and ensure maximum ROI on projects over the year.
· You will report to Head of Marketing and taking responsibility for two Marketing Executives in a team of five.
· Work with sales / events / training / technical departments to provide Marketing support across a number of channels.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Marketing Manager – Environmental / Memberships
· You're an experienced Marketing professional who has been an important part in the development and running of marketing campaigns.
· You may have exposure to managing budgets. You'll probably have mentored, supported, or even managed before. At the very least you want to get into management and have the skills to do so.
· We're extremely open on sector, so your experience could come from anywhere. That said, exposure to membership organisations, training, events, sponsorship or recurring payment services would be seen as an advantage
