The main responsibilities of the role are;
Support the Marketing Director with the implementation and development of major planned marketing activities including but not limited to campaigns, sales, product promotions and retail events; anniversaries and shopping days.
Manage and motivate the team to deliver high quality, on time marketing outputs in an efficient manner.
Manage the print output to ensure production of print & direct mailings is delivered to customers to a high standard, on time.
Work closely with the Partnership Executive to maximise the exposure, engagement and impact of the Gift Your Gear programme.
Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies, brand partnerships, organisations and selected ambassadors/ influencers.
Be the main link with the digital team, helping with curating and generating digital content for all channels.
Support the Marketing Director with Budget management of relevant areas: tracking invoices, administration of activity and working with Finance on month to date and year to date spends.
Report progress on marketing outputs for the Board and weekly meetings.
Work closely with the creative and digital teams on the writing of copy; coordinate requirements and review team outputs for sign off.
Oversee the implementation of promotional activity.
Maximise exposure in core media through gear reviews.
Show a creative understanding to help develop the final communications plan.
You will also;
Proactively work across departments to encourage successful working relationships and share passion for the brand.
Responsible for the direction and output of the marketing team, while jointly contributing to the output of the graphics and studio team.
Ensure production of mailing programmes is on time, accurate, within budget and successful in terms of sales – KPIs at the time, flexible data driven approach
Support the Marketing Director to create all collateral for use within Rohan, including written content for digital and visual content and ensure all collateral is presented according to the brand guidelines.
Brief, challenge and manage the creative agency to generate highly effective seasonal campaign content most commercially suitable for Rohan marketing; impactful and engaging across all channels.
Reporting – provide weekly analysis and learnings from marketing activity
Budgeting – working with the Marketing Director to set, manage, hit and report on all sales, budgetary and profit requirements and goals.
Drive, support and increase engagement and impact for the Gift Your Gear initiative ensuring sales and donation targets are met alongside charitable goals and aspirations.
Lead the team to maximise exposure and relevant KPIs for PR, Events, Influencers and 3rd party Partnerships/ Suppliers.
Develop an engaging, consistent and appealing copy style to use across all channels.
Work closely with the content/ graphic team/ CSR on the generation and production of engaging content for use across print and digital channels.

Enthusiasm to ensure all activities are monitored, tracked, analysed and evaluated to ensure maximum impact for our investment.
Supported by Finance, accurate reporting of budget with appropriate sign offs.
Can work to tight deadlines, well planned and is highly organised
The confidence to work independently and manage a small team
Previously held a Marketing Manager position for more than 2 years and has experience in effectively managing a team.
