An exciting opportunity has arisen to make play a key role a difference in the growth of our clients business. Our client is looking to recruit an ambitous Marketing Manager, with drive and a commercial and creative mind.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will take overall responsibility for growing and promoting the profile and reputation of the company Working alongside the Senior Management Team you will help take the organisation forward in its ambitious plans, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the growth strategy.

The successful applicant will be based in their office in Milton Keynes, but will work flexibly, and will form part of our wider Senior Management Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop, manage, and implement the industry marketing plan, in line with business and marketing objectives to increase sales opportunities and market exposure.

* Create and deliver an annual marketing plan and budget.

* Work with sales to develop a company marketing strategy

* Maximise digital channels. Develop, refine, and manage a digital marketing strategy and plan to include web, mobile, SEO, email and social media

* Manage brand and corporate identity

* Creating communication that engages and retains customers and delivers new sales inquiries.

* Deliver against KPI's

* Reporting and analysis

* Stakeholder Management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* 5 years in B2B marketing environment

* Full-Mix marketing skills/techniques/concepts – focus on digital

* Online analytics tools & digital tools (mobile/social media)

* In-depth understanding of the marketing, sales and business processes.

* Ability to provide concise reports and statistical analysis of activity, value and results.

* Excellent networker and relationship builder with an emphasis on client focus.

* Excellent marketing communication skills

* Ability to monitor/analyse results
