We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join one of the UK’s most compelling and rapidly growing organisations, based in Milton Keynes!

In the role of Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns for the business. You will work closely with the Marketing team to research and determine the most creative ways to advertise our brands, products and services.
The successful candidate will initially be covering for the existing Marketing Manager's maternity leave and looking after the Marketing as a whole (including the team). The role will then become Digital Marketing Manager once that maternity leave is complete so the post holder must have extensive experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media platform management.
Responsibilities
Campaign creation and management across 6 brands in multiple territories.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (B2B & B2C).
Market, influence and inform internal and external stakeholders about campaigns, new products, brand guidelines etc.
Produce and present weekly reports on Marketing campaign performance, social media engagement and website analytics.
Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
Complete detailed briefs for POS, digital content, brochures and packaging and sign off.
Manage and communicate with PR agencies in key territories.
Oversee marketing campaign and events budgets.
Continuously research new marketing & advertising tools, technologies, platforms and techniques to stay ahead of trends.
Develop and manage the Marketing team by providing mentoring, development opportunities and growth opportunities.
Travel internationally to exhibitions and meetings.
Carry out performance reviews for campaigns and events, recommending and adopting key learnings for future projects.
Ensure full compliance with the latest regulations. Adhere to company policies at all times. Key skills and experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Campaign / Digital / Marketing Manager, in a role creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
CIM qualification or equivalent in Marketing.
Must have excellent Digital knowledge.
Excellent IT skills with a high proficiency in Excel.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
An experienced campaign planner with a proven success history and the ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
Data-driven, proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to communicate with senior management and media agencies.
Excellent knowledge of risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
