Marketing Manager

Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding firm is actively seeking an experienced, vibrant and tenacious Marketing Manager to complement their growing team.

Reporting directly to the National sales Manager key responsibilities will include;

* Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities

* Market analysis to identify opportunities, potential partner companies, new products/services and examine competitors in order to drive growth of the business

* Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition

* Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives

* Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

* Management of company websites and launch social media presence

* Management and coordination of marketing campaign activities – email, web, social media and direct mail

* Production of new proposition collateral

* Management of marketing collateral and internal equipment

* Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database for monthly newsletters and direct mail shots

* Create company profile digital presentations utilising Adobe after Effects.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years within a comparable role, and excellent IT skills including Adobe and Microsoft Office. You will be able to communicate and motivate via written media and demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles of social media and website development in business. A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field would be a distint advantage.
