We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive in our Marketing team in the UK.
Key Responsibilities you will have as our Marketing Executive:
– Campaign management and execution through all the traditional online and offline marketing channels specifically email marketing, webinars, thought leadership and insight papers, events, social media and PR.
– Positioning and promoting BSI Cybersecurity & Information Resilience (CSIR) services across Ireland, UK and US markets (primary markets) and further afield, focusing on B2B in both public and private sectors.
– Supporting the launch, deployment and execution of ongoing marketing activities across the regions with the focus on lead generation, revenue and profitability for the business stream.
– Generate sales opportunities and achieve conversion and revenue targets assigned to digital (PPC, display advertising, email marketing) campaign activities.
– Incorporate digital campaign metrics analysis into strategic frameworks in a way that aligns with business goals and deliver measurable results.
– Building awareness of the newly acquired products and services whilst managing the sales and marketing funnel from lead to opportunity to conversion.
– Vendor management to include working closely with our partner to ensure the best in class product offering.
– Driving lead acquisition right through to customer advocacy ensuring we achieve our targets by supporting the cloud sales and deployment teams.
– Establishing BSI as the trusted advisor of choice and key domain authorities through our content and marketing strategy.
– Be data driven and use analytics to drive the numbers mainly revenue, margin and increased spend per accounts.
– Embrace innovation and not be afraid to bring ideas to the business.
– Manage key agencies/vendors to deliver outstanding results.
About You
To be successful in this role you’ll have proven experience in product marketing and enterprise technology, ideally having worked in B2B channel, SaaS based IT organisation primarily. You’ll be results driven and have knowledge of digital technologies and digital experience best practice. You’ll be detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
As you’ll be managing multiple tasks, projects and deadlines, strong project management skills are a must. You’ll be a highly effective communicator with excellent collaborative interpersonal skills; articulate & concise in written and verbal communications.
You’ll have a relevant academic and/or professional qualification. (Masters qualification preferred)
You’ll have experience in building digital campaign management capability and exploiting latest practices to achieve lead generation, conversion rates, revenue and margin targets. You’ll have strong relationship management skills with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll also have:
– Experience in a technology-based SaaS organisation dealing B2B clients
– High energy, that will work closely with various stakeholders (partners, channel, sales, international/group marketing and agencies) to plan and execute a lead generation marketing plan that supports the objectives of the international stream in the mentioned locations
– Excellent hands-on PC skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) required and design software (e.g. (url removed), Pardot, EpiServer, Photoshop) preferred
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgement in decision-making
– Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Open to travel (<25%) and ability to manage the needs of both internal and external customers both locally and internationally are central to this role.
Candidates must also have a valid working visa and excellent written and oral English.
