Our client has a vacancy for a Marketing Executive to become part of the Operational Marketing team.
This role is a 12-month contract and will be hybrid role working on communication for internal communications and consumer marketing. We are looking for someone who is an expert communicator, organised and able to work on communication for multiple end users, including:
▪ Internal communication
▪ B2C marketing
▪ Client campaigns
▪ Product marketing colleterial
Due to changing requirements in the department, you need to be a team player, good copy writing, email design and willing to juggle multi projects at a time.
The job
Creation, management and delivery of the internal communications plan including both
online and offline communication tools / activities / campaigns / content
▪ Works closely in conjunction with the workstream lead and programme board groups to create and manage internal communications activities and the content calendar
▪ Own a variety of different marketing communication projects for different end users
▪ Responsible for providing insight and analytics for all projects that are managed
▪ Ensure all communication materials are created in line with brand guidelines and using the most appropriate channels
▪ Develop and update marketing material for a variety of key projects
▪ Create communication for a variety of different channels – including email, teams, intranets, posters and videos
▪ To co-ordinate activities and events that create and maintain engagement with beneficiaries.
The Person
Significant experience of managing holistic internal communication plans i.e. digital and non-digital
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong copy writing skills
Proven ability and experience of creating, designing and using email software i.e. dotmailer, mailchimp
Demonstrates, with the ability to articulate with passion the link between employee engagement and
internal communications
Excellent organisational skills with a proven track record of working to multiple deadlines to achieve
goals and objectives
Proven ability to self deliver against determined project plans including authorised execution of the
related budget
Passion for utilising stakeholder management and research skills to ensure internal communications
plans are relevant and innovative
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
Experience of coordinating internal communication plans through periods of significant change and
business transformation
Aptitude for creativity, providing a significant contribution to continuous development suggestions
related to internal comms
Experience of utilising digital tools to enhance internal communications activity i.e. Photoshop Aficionado
Track record of proactive self-management to meet and achieve internal comms goals
Ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous circumstances
A true brand ambassador – demonstrates enthusiasm and positivity for our brand both internally and externally
