Welcome Break are looking to two full-time Marketing Executives , to support tmarketing and communications across the business.
Working with the wider team to deliver effective multi-channel customer communications to help drive sales and profit, whilst engaging customers with the Welcome Break brand and increasing brand loyalty. This also includes working with our brand partners to activate their marketing campaigns and working in partnership with all business functions to support internal communication.
In addition, you will be working to protect and promote the Welcome Break brand through PR and supporting our ESG and Community agendas working with stakeholders and charity partners.
Responsibilities
* Champion the Welcome Break brand to create a compelling brand story to build brand loyalty and drive awareness
* Deliver social media, website and CRM activations across brands
* Work with Marketing & Communications Manager, Marketing Executives, Brand Managers and brand partners to develop and deliver campaign plans, across all available channels
* Support the marketing of new sites, brands and unit refurbishments
* Work with the Marketing & Communications Manager to create and deliver proactive PR and respond reactively to media enquiries, working with external agencies
* Update news and press sections of the Welcome Break website
* Support social media monitoring during an incident or crisis
* Creation of engaging and forward-thinking copy to be used across all Marketing channels including the website, social media, promotional materials and events
* Work closely with web agency to develop the brand website and keep it up-to-date
* Work with wider marketing team to develop organic and paid social media calendar, and schedule into various platforms as appropriate.
* Assist with the SEO and PPC activities of the business
* Monitoring and reporting using Google Analytics
* Identify new opportunities for automated and campaign emails, sourcing and integrating the data and briefing designers on the creative requirements
* Working with the People team, support the development of effective and engaging internal communications, including leading clear and consistent operational communications for sites
* Own community management through responding to customer contacts and social listening
* Maintain customer service touchpoints, including answering inbound enquiries through phone and email, when rota’d
* Resolve and respond to customer enquiries taking into account the environment, our community responsibilities and our charity partners
Qualifications, knowledge, and experience
* Relevant marketing qualification or equivalent experience
* 1+ years of experience in marketing or communications
* Experience of working in a fast-moving environment, with an ability to handle numerous projects with competing deadlines and priorities
* Good understanding of digital marketing techniques SEO, PPC, social, email marketing, Google Analytics and web management
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
