Marketing & Events Manager
We are looking to invest in the experience of a proven Marketeer who has a track record in understanding the needs of an SME and its customers and who can translate these into tangible results. This is a diverse role that will include the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity as well as raising the profile of its training, events and networking activities as well as involvement in management decisions of the business.
This role reports to the Chief Executive and will be an active member of the management team contributing to strategic planning and operational awareness of the whole business.
Marketing & Events Manager Requirements:
* To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years relevant marketing experience preferably in a B2B environment. Proven management skills with experience of measuring the impact of marketing activity.
* Knowledge of website and online marketing activity is essential, and you must have excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* The ideal candidate will be a clear strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in both written and oral format, have a flexible attitude to work with strong organisational skills, and work well under your own initiative but also as part of a team.
This role will be split between Northamptonshire Chamber and its sister Chamber in Milton Keynes and may involve a degree of travel.
