Imperial Recruitment Group are working exclusively with LUQEL for the recruitment of a UK based Marketing Director.
Role Responsibilities;
Lead the creation of the marketing and communication plan for the UK.
Take responsibility for UK plan across both the B2B and B2C marketplace.
Create and monitor performance of campaigns to deliver qualified leads for sales.
Own the product and innovation plan setting a clear timetable for execution.
Recruit agencies to support and enable the UK Launch and ongoing awareness campaigns.
Control annual marketing budget and ensure a profitable ROI.
Attend and exhibit at exhibitions to generate awareness and leads for conversion.
Manage the marketing function and recruit and train, coach and develop direct reports.
Drive market research to identify opportunities and maintain relevance of the solution.
Attend executive team meetings and help shape the culture of the UK business.
Liaise with the global head office to ensure consistency of marketing approach. Tailor to UK requirements
Take responsibility for key marketing systems including Website and CRM. Candidate must understand how to make changes to the systems and intrinsic knowledge on how to monitor performance of them.

Education and Experience;
* CIM, marketing degree or equivalent
* Successful marketing experience in the B2C and B2B environment, preferably in a multi-channel with a direct sales operation
* Previous experience leading a marketing team and managing agencies.
* Proven ability to be innovative and think outside the box.
* Be the company brand ambassador
* Experienced in all forms of marketing engagement from social media, exhibitions, mailers as a form a lead generation.
* High attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experienced in CRM and CLM techniques to maximise ROI.
* Dynamic, passionate and engaging with a drive to succeed.
* Experience across various sizes of businesses having worked within a growing dynamic business environment ideally including a fledgling business.
