Marketing Coordinator

The role of the Marketing Coordinator, is to assist in the building of seasonal toolkits, delivering them to the regional teams, and assist in implementation through their retail and online partners. This role reports into the Head of Marketing EMEA but will work very closely with the regional Marketing Managers on specific projects.

Responsibilities

Gain insight from the regions on tools needed for campaign execution and for brand execution in country.
Assist in the briefing process for all seasonal tools by pulling together the various components needed for each project including sell in data, products, and regional and functional needs.
Roll out completed assets to regions and analyse regional implementation to gain further insight.
Pull together the campaign analysis and reports by working with the regional marketing managers and look for ways of improving the process and the output.
Pull together the consolidated EMEA brand campaign reviews on a quarterly basis.
Assist regional marketing managers in campaigns, agencies – external and internal
Assist in the development of sell in tools including seasonal photography and catalogues.
Maintain the brand's current stock of POP and hardware, ensure they never go out of stock and market needs are always met.
Stay abreast of marketplace trends in campaign execution, store design, and fixtures.
Support the wider marketing team on ad hoc projects as required.To be successful in this role, you will need to have/be:

A marketing or equivalent degree.
A good understanding of retail and trade marketing practices.
Experience in implementing marketing projects.
Experience in customer facing environments from a B2B point of view.
A highly collaborative and communicative person and willing to work across different teams and regions but also individually and in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing projects with suppliers.
Able to comprehend financial data business analysis and budgets.
Able to analyse campaigns and create reports.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks as necessary.
Able to work on the full Microsoft office suite especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Willing and able to travel across UK and EMEA if necessary
