As the Marketing Communication Leader you'll drive marketing communications and digital marketing activity across the UK for this global medical device technology corporation.
* One Year Maternity Cover Contract.
* As the Marketing Communication Leader, you'll implement marketing communications collaterals, digital marketing campaigns, and social media, helping to create demand, foster market growth and position the company as a leading brand.
* Liaise with EMEA to localise campaigns to the UK&I, work closely with sales and marketing teams to consult, plan, develop and execute innovative and effective integrated marketing across all channels. Digital marketing content creation, manage compliance, supported by an intern.
* Organise and attend major congress events (~5 per year, ~3 days spent at each). Engage third party suppliers to produce creative event concepts and booth builds.
* Work from home 3-4 days per week with 1-2 days in the office for face-to-face meetings, with flexible start and finish times providing deliverables are met.

REQUIREMENTS
* Essential: proven B2B marketing communications and digital marketing experience, including digital campaign creation and management, contact / lead management, marketing collateral creation and promotion, and digital launches (likely 5 years). Proactive, curious, resourceful, confident, and sociable. Fluent in English with a valid work permit, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Well organised and analytical to manage large projects.
* Desirable: experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharma marketing. A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Communication. Familiarity with Marketo, Photoshop, InDesign, and (url removed).
* Ideal locations (a sensible distance from the office) are North London, West London, Reading, Maidenhead, Slough, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Luton, Bedford, High Wycombe, St Albans, Watford, although other nearby locations may be considered!
PACKAGE
* Salary guide: £40-50,000 depending on experience + benefits.
