Marketing and Sales Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
Employment Type: Full Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £23,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our friendly and growing Marketing team.
As a Marketing and Sales Administrator you will play a key role in driving lead generation support, the development of our CRM base, and market research to ensure the successful delivery of Marketing and Sales in the business.
Initially this role will be home-based until we can resume office working together.
Your role at a glance:
Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
Process customer and sales enquiries, over the phone, email and via online chat
Support on Marketing activities including producing reports, social media
Become a CRM super user, managing the data cleansing, input and reporting
Carry out market research on target customers, sectors and competitors
Provide sales support for external Key Account Managers, including quotes for Energy Certification Services
Develop a good understanding of the industry
Communicate regularly with the Marketing Manager and Sales team for a good understanding of current focus’ for the business, offering support and input where needed
Support with planning and attending events as required
Review of tender portals for lead opportunities and tender support
Support external telemarketing activities
Answering phone calls, managing the enquiries mailbox, raising POs and supporting on in-house printing requirements
Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
General Marketing reporting and administration duties
About you:
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and professional Marketing and Sales Administrator to join our busy team. You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, be proactive and have a drive to improve existing processes and add value to the team.

Education and skills:
Educated to A level or equivalent
2+ years experience in an administrator role
Experience in a B2B Marketing and/or Sales environment is preferred
Confident, personable and proactive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to learn, to adapt and add value
Confident and efficient in managing multiple projects at one time
Proficient with MS Systems; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with CRM systems
