Marketing Analyst / Data Scientist
Term: Full-time, Permanent
Based: High Wycombe, London or Remote (UK only, with occasional visits to High Wycombe office)
Salary Scale: £30000 – £38000 pa + excellent benefits
An exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Operations team in a newly created role to drive data and technology led change and innovation. You will champion the use of data within the team to improve marketing performance and ROI.
This role will report into the Head of Marketing Operations and work closely with the wider marketing team as well as other teams across the business, such as Business Intelligence, Customer Experience, Sales and IT teams.
Core responsibilities include;
* Data management – centralise, organise, clean and connect our datasets, working alongside the BI team as required.
* Developing marketing reporting to measure performance, derive insights and drive action across the marketing team, ultimately improving marketing ROI.
* Automate marketing reporting processes and dashboards in PowerBI or similar BI tools.
* Interpret requests for data and analysis, recommending the best approach and developing clear reporting specs to ensure the analysis meets the business requirements.
* Manage the technical aspects of our MarTech platforms, connecting and integrating platforms and ensuring the seamless flow of data between them.
* Act as the technical lead for MarTech projects and implementations.
* Work closely with the central BI and IT teams to ensure marketing data and technology projects align with business processes and company best practice.
Requirements;
* 2-3 years' experience in a Marketing data/analysis/technical role with a good understanding of marketing campaign reporting.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a story with data, to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation
* Experience of marketing technology such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics.
* Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI
* Experience with automation tools
* Experience developing a single customer view and/or implementing or managing a CDP would be advantageous.
