We are now looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our busy Marketing team based in Little Chalfont, close to Amersham.
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Communications & Brand Manager our Junior Brand Manager will be responsible for managing all brand and marketing activity for the Early Learning Centre. You will take ownership of growing the Early Learning Centre brand in the UK and with our international partners. Ensuring all channels are activating agreed plans and adhering to brand guidelines. You will have a great understanding of our values and our customers and be an excellent relationship builder internally and externally. You will work on defining what The Early Centre brand means to our customers, creating compelling campaigns, content and assets to support all areas of the business.
Junior Brand Manager – Responsibilities
– Helping to develop and deliver The Early Learning Centre marketing and brand strategy.
– Acting as the ‘Brand Guardian’ for Early Learning Centre, responsible for approval of ELC artwork for retail, digital and licensing partners.
– Day to day contact for our partner company Addo, liaising on shared assets, style guides and new product launches.
– Work with the wider team to ensure all plans are activated in-line with agreed marketing plans and brand guidelines.
– Support the Copywriter on ELC brand messaging and copy for all channels.
– Support the PR and Community Manager on the ELC PR plan.
– Work with the partnerships team to create marketing plans for international and curated wholesale partners.
– Supporting on the management of photo shoots and content creation for key campaigns
– Create reports and case studies of all ELC campaigns using available data and feedback from stakeholders.
Junior Brand Manager – Required Skills
– A degree or equivalent qualification and/or proven experience within a marketing environment
– Effective organisational skills, the ability to manage a number of projects and tasks and meet deadlines
– Commercially aware with the ability to identify key issues and opportunities.
– Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to build internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and agencies.
– Proactive, the ability to take ownership of tasks and work well individually as well as in a team.
– Excellent communication, ensuring key stakeholders are aware of what is needed from them and by what deadline. Ensure all stakeholders are aware of planned activity.
As Junior Brand Manager you will be an enthusiastic and confident individual with experience working in a marketing environment or brand manager role. You will need to have excellent people skills to work with stakeholders across all areas of the business on bringing ELC plans to life.
