Are you an Internal Comms Specialist looking for your next opportunity in Buckinghamshire? We are working with a creative people-focused organisation that is looking for an Internal Communications Lead to take ownership of both the hands-on day to day, as well as the strategic side.
Your background is flexible but you must have proven internal communications experience, both day to day and experience of contributing to or managing strategy. Senior stakeholder management is key in this role as is the ability to 'be the face of internal communications' within the business. Above all, this needs to be someone who lives and breathes the company's relaxed, agile culture.
This is a permanent role to start ASAP with a salary of c.£35,000 plus bonus and a whole host of benefits.

The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the company's ambition and action plan to continually increase employee engagement and involvement via internal comms activities.
As Internal Communications Lead you will be responsible for the creation, management and delivery of the internal communications plan including both online and offline communications tools, activities, campaigns, and content.
Responsibilities will include:
* Using a range of digital communications channels and initiatives to ensure all internal stakeholders are effectively communicated to on all central communication topics
* Work closely in conjunction with HR and assigned employee engagement groups to create and manage internal communications activities and the content calendar
* Contribute to the continuous development of the internal communication plans both digital (email updates, totems, management of intranet) and non-digital (supporting the face-to-face aspects of cascading communication through teams)
* Responsible for providing insight and analytics to regularly review the effectiveness of internal communications
* Responsible for supporting the creation of survey tools to intermittently collect internal feedback on communication effectiveness and for engagement related voting purposes
* Ensure all internal communication materials are created in line with brand guidelines and using the most appropriate channels
* Ownership and management of the intranet system, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure content is kept up to date and relevant to meet the needs of the internal audience
* Act as an ambassador for the company brand, promoting the company ethos, values and ways of working through internal communications activity
About You
You will have:
* Proven experience in managing integrated internal communications plans
* Proven ability and experience of creating, designing and using email software such as dotmailer / dotdigital or Mailchimp
* Excellent organisational skills with a proven track record of working to multiple deadlines to achieve goals and objectives
* Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and copywriting skills
* Track record of proactive self-management to meet and achieve internal comms goals
* Experience in coordinating internal communications plans through periods of significant change
* Passion for utilising stakeholder management and research skills to ensure internal comms plans are relevant and innovative
This role is based in Buckinghamshire and is easily commutable from Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Bedford and all surrounding areas.
