Growing Ecommerce business seeks Digital Marketing / SEO Manager to join their dynamic team.
Established UK based ,multi-brand business needs to boost its online presence and is now recruiting for this key role.

My Client is an established ecommerce retailer which they combine with a well-established retail presence. As well as a strong UK base , they are expanding rapidly into Europe , so a knowledge of these markets would be an added bonus.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who'll lead strategic marketing plan development and implementation in selected markets in Europe, Asia and Australia. Head of Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand globally, craft strategies for marketing team of social media, communications, PR and creative. Managing team of global content creation, campaign planning and allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

Responsibilities:

-Craft marketing strategies for marketing team, including TV advertising, Communications, PR, social media and Creative;
-Media buying and content production/localisation management;
-Become a global brand ambassador, working on designing united brand image and positioning across all markets;
-Identify opportunities in new markets segments and expand market share
-Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and sales
-Set, monitor and report on team goals

Skills:

-Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing of at least 5 years preferably within retail, ecommerce,or FMCG.
-Experience running successful marketing campaigns
-Skills of using adobe design programs for content creation, including video editing will be seen as benefit
-Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
-Analytical mind
-BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
-Driven by creativity
