We are excited to be working with a fantastic Later stage Tech Start up based in Buckinghamshire assisting them with their search for a Head of B2B Marketing.
The position will see you completing the following tasks:
Support and execute on the B2B marketing strategy with a key focus on working with their sales team to drive new business
Develop the brand strategy for merchant engagement
Work with the CMO and CCO on all PR and marketing activities relating to brand positioning within the market
Manage external resources from designers to partner agencies
Create and manage a calendar of events which include industry sponsorship, customer forums and prospect webinars
Build a lead generation marketing programme complete with relevant content for top, middle and bottom of the sales funnel
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, and adjust the marketing plan if necessary
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
Support the customer success team with onboarding and management of new and existing partners.
Deliver an account-based marketing strategy and lead generation engine to drive new sales
Manage the B2B brand website including producing relevant industry and thought leadership content.
Regularly update the Executive Leadership Team on the success of our marketing activities to acquire merchants and consumers to the platform
Support and police the company CRM system across the business To be successful in this position, you will need the following skills and experience:
Experience within the UK hospitality industry is a must
Ideally, you'll have 5+ years' experience within a complex B2B & B2C marketing department/organisation
Confident, driven and a dynamic leader
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot unique brand opportunities and take initiative
