Run by an entrepreneurial management team who genuinely want to make a difference in the world, they are seeking a Graduate Marketing Executive (GME) to sit between with sales and marketing departments focused on using your creative flair to come up with new ideas and content to help the sales team engage in more conversations.

Responsibilities:
* Work with Sales and Marketing departments to rapidly test ideas and produce new, exciting and creative content
* Improve engagement in published content to generate an increase in Marketing Qualified Leads for sales colleagues, as well as website visits, social media engagement etc.
* Finding and executing the most compelling approach to telling our stories
* A/B testing content ideas
* Analysing data and users’ feedback
* Sourcing good news stories and evidence of success from colleagues
* Prioritising growth channels and focussing on key targets
* Coordinate campaigns alongside wider colleagues
* Support formal sales process (content only), e.g., proposal and bid preparation
Requirements:
* Relevant degree, preferably Marketing/English Literature
* Passionate about marketing and using your creative skills to produce new and innovative ideas
* Keen interest and empathy with other people
* Curious and creative
* Editing and copywriting skills and a natural writer
* Ability to write in varying styles depending on circumstance
* Adaptable and open to new experiences
* Being performance and results-oriented
* Being relentless in pursuit of personal and professional growth
* Degree-educated would be preferable
